Red Rock 4-Wheelers Trail of the Month Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • What's changing with the Trail of the Month?
    • Starting in April of 2026 we will be requiring advanced registrations. February will be optional registration for practice and to work out any kinks.
  • Why?
    • The Trail of the Month has become sufficiently popular that we're regularly hitting our limit of number of vehicles allowed.
  • How many vehicles are allowed?
    • 25 - each vehicle needs a separate reservation
  • Why?
    • That's the limit that the BLM allows
  • How do I register?
    • There will be a link provided for each event that will take you to a cal.com site. All that's needed is your name & email address.
    • You will receive an email from 'hello@cal.com'. Consider adding that address to your contacts so they don't go to junk mail.
  • How far in advance can I register?
    • 30 days
  • Can I cancel my registration?
    • Yes. There will be a link in the email you receive from cal.com to cancel your attendance. Save the confirmation email until after the event.
    • We would greatly appreciate it if you cancel asap when you can't attend to free up the slot for someone else.
  • Is Trail of the Month still free?
    • Yes!
  • What happens if registration is full or I show up without registering?
    • We're hoping to have a waiting list, but so far that's not possible.
    • If there are less than 25 registered vehicles, you can still go with us.
    • Depending on what the over 25 number is, we may split the group and run separate trails.
  • Do I have to be a member to run ToM?
    • No, all are welcome!
  • Can I use my UTV/ATV/dirt bike?
    • For the same reasons that EJS and LDC do not allow such vehicles, no.
